CrowdSafeIQ service mark by CrowdSafe Group™
Operational crowd intelligence from arrival through departure.
Turn transport, screening, ticketing, crowd-flow and venue data into clear operational decisions before, during and after the event.
CrowdSafeIQ is decision-support software. It produces estimates, forecasts and recommendations for trained operators. It does not command, authorize or execute any physical intervention.
The operational problem
Event-day risk rarely comes from a single failure. It comes from partial information arriving late, in different formats, with no shared basis for a decision.
Fragmented systems
Transport feeds, screening devices, ticketing, CCTV and radio traffic each hold part of the picture and none of them agree on a single operational view.
Delayed awareness
Conditions are often reported after they have already changed, so the command room is responding to a picture that is minutes old.
Unbalanced gates
Demand rarely arrives evenly. Without a comparable view across gates, spare capacity sits idle while another entry saturates.
Queue formation
Queues build from service rate, arrival rate and geometry. Without those together, the queue is noticed only once it is visible and hard to unwind.
Incomplete provenance
A number on a screen is only useful if you know its source, age, confidence and whether it is live, imported, simulated or replayed.
Weak translation from data to action
Dashboards describe conditions. Operations needs an evidenced recommendation, an owner, an expected effect and a record of what was decided.
One connected operational chain
Each stage inherits the conditions created upstream. CrowdSafeIQ is organized around that chain rather than around isolated dashboards.
Transport & parking
Rail, bus, coach, rideshare and parking estate loading.
Last mile
Approach routes, walkways, crossings and distribution to entries.
Perimeter
Outer cordon presentation, holding areas and demand shaping.
Screening
Search and detection throughput, service rate and queue state.
Ticketing
Validation, resolution desks and exception handling.
Gate balancing
Lane availability, utilization and redistribution options.
Concourse circulation
Crossflow, pinch points, dwell and directional conflict.
Amenities
Concessions and facilities demand and its effect on circulation.
Seating bowl
Occupancy build, vomitory loading and bowl-level conditions.
Egress
Phased release, route redistribution and downstream capacity.
Transport loading
Departure demand against onward network capacity.
One CrowdSafe operating ecosystem
CrowdSafe Group services cover planning, venue risk, density evidence and technical modeling. CrowdSafeIQ is the live operational layer, designed to connect to that work rather than replace it.
CrowdSafe Event Assurance™
Planning and readiness evidence
Structured pre-event assurance: assumptions, plans, readiness evidence and the record behind them.
CVRR™ / Certified Venue Risk Register
Venue-level risk and assurance
A structured venue risk register and assurance posture across a venue or a portfolio of venues, with a venue risk rating as one of its outputs.
CSG Density Analysis
Image and video crowd-density evidence
Density evidence derived from imagery and video, produced as reviewable analysis rather than an automatic instruction.
CrowdSafe crowd-modelling reports
Technical movement and capacity analysis
Movement, flow and capacity analysis for design, planning and licensing conversations.
CrowdSafeIQ℠
Live operational decision-support
The event-day layer: shared operational picture, evidenced recommendations and the audit trail of what was decided.
Evidence you can defend afterwards
These are implemented controls, not guarantees. No independent certification or third-party audit of this software has been performed.
Provenance on decision-relevant values
Values carry their source, timestamp, freshness and confidence so an operator can judge them.
Live, simulated and replay stay separate
Simulated and replayed data are separated in the data model and labelled conspicuously in the interface. They are never presented as live.
Human approval
The platform can detect, explain, forecast and recommend. Consequential actions require an authorized person, with a recorded rationale.
Auditability
Observations, thresholds, recommendations, approvals and outcomes are recorded as an append-only trail for after-action review.
Degraded states are shown, not hidden
When a feed is unavailable the product reports No data, Stale or Degraded rather than substituting a value.
Privacy and tenant isolation
Row-level security scopes data to the organization, credentials stay server-side, and movement telemetry is designed to remain anonymous.
Built for accountable operations
Stadiums and arenas
Recurring event-day operations across ingress, bowl and egress with a consistent operational record.
Organizing committees and host cities
A shared picture across venues, transport and the wider city footprint for multi-site events.
Transport and infrastructure teams
Arrival and departure demand against network capacity, with phased release options.
Venue portfolios
Comparable configuration, thresholds and evidence across multiple venues under one operator.
Major events
Temporary and overlay venues where configuration, rehearsal and readiness evidence matter most.
Safety and security leadership
Evidence, assumptions and decision history to support accountable command decisions.
